No. Items are available only as listed (in the size/style etc.).
How do I know what size fits me?
We’ve included measurements to help customers determine what size fits them best – don’t just assume that your ‘usual’ size applies.
Do I need an account to place an online order?
No. You can choose to create an account with us when you check out. Otherwise, your details will automatically be added to our database when you complete your purchase.
Sorry, we do not provide a Gift Wrapping Service. If you would like a special message included in your parcel just let us know.
How can I pay for my online order?
We accept payments via credit cards, Paypal and Bank Deposits. Sorry we cannot accept cash payments or layby.

Do you ship to rural delivery addresses in New Zealand?

Do you ship to New Zealand PO Boxes?
Sorry we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard parcel post orders are estimated to be delivered within 3 days once shipped.
Courier orders are estimated to be delivered the next day once shipped.
Orders are not shipped on weekends.
If there is any problem with dispatching your order on time, we will contact you. Please include your e-mail address when placing an order to help us get in touch with you easily.
What if my parcel doesn't arrive within 7 working days?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your details, and we'll get in touch with NZ Post to see what’s happened. Sometimes there can be delays in delivery to rural addresses/depending on delivery schedules.
